The DECT Handset Configurator is a tool for managing the configuration data of 4027/4070/4075 DECT
Handsets.
Note:
Handset configuration data depends on the handset firmware version. Always ensure you use the latest
version of the DECT Handset Configurator to be able to manage the latest DECT Handset features.
Requirements
The DECT
Handset Configurator tool only supports the memory cards supplied with the
4027/4070/4075 DECT Handsets. Other memory cards (for example, 4060 memory cards) are
not supported.
The DECT Handset Configurator tool is developed for the ACR38T card reader from Advanced
Card Systems (
http://www.acs.com/). Local resellers of
ACS products can be found on the
Web site.
PC requirements
A USB 2.0 port is required for the card reader.
The DECT Handset Configurator is supported on the following Windows versions:
• Windows 2003 Server
• Windows XP Professional
• Windows Vista Business Edition
Installation
Card reader driver installation
Before using the DECT
Handset Configurator tool, install the required device drivers for the
card reader. Drivers are normally supplied by the device manufacturer.
