There are two methods to install Avaya one-X

Communicator:
• Silent installation: In the silent installation method, your system administrator deploys, installs, and
then configures Avaya one-X

Communicator on your computer.
• Manual installation: In the manual installation method, you install the software yourself. You gather
the required information from your system administrator and then follow the procedures given in this
guide to download, install, and configure Avaya one-X
®
Communicator on your computer.
