6.1 - THE MAINS ELECTRICITY
- It is imperative and mandatory to use the cable gland provided to pass and attach the 230V cable
in the switchgear.
Important notes:
• The electrical line must solely be used to power the gate motor drive and protected by a fuse or circuit
breaker (6A min, 16A max) and a differential device (30mA). It must be compliant with the applicable
electrical safety standards.
• The 230V power cable must be HO5RN-F type.
• Connect the wires from the power supply and make sure they are properly secured in the terminal block.
Once the 230V cable has passed through the cable gland, tighten the outer nut to secure the cable to
prevent it from being torn off.
• Replace the protective cover.
