A.2 About G eneral Purp ose Inputs & O utp ut s ( GPIO )
The Barco Cinema Controller and the Barco ICM P are equipped with G PI O ports. The
electrical specifications described in this chapter are the same for b
oth GPIO ports.
General Purpose inputs
The Barco Cinema Controller and the Barco ICMP have each eight (8) opto-isolated general purpose
inputs available. These inputs are used to trigger the execution of ma
cro files. For more explanation
about the association of a macro to a GPI, consult the user guide of the Communicator.
Input voltage
The inputs can be directly driven from a TTL or CMOS output.
