Body ECG leads swapped.
Place ECG leads correctly.
No distinct P-wave.
Do not rely on ECG guidance for catheter tip confirmation. Refer to
Warnings Section.
Sensor / sensor cables damaged.
Call technical hotline at 1-800-443-3385 to replace sensor and/or cables.
Sensor disconnected.
Ensure the sensor is properly connected.
Sensor is not communicating with display.
Reboot the display.
Date and time need to be set or reset.
Select the and choose the General icon. Select the Change Date and Time
icon and follow the prompts.
Batteries are low.
Replace batteries with standard AAA batteries.
Remote Control is not paired with the Display. (If applicable.)

in the Remote window. Close the Remote window. Turn on the remote control. Press
and hold the Connect button on the remote control until the blue LED is flashing rap-
idly. Release the Connect button on the remote control. Select the Add device button
in the Bluetooth™ devices window. Select the mouse icon to appear in the Add device
window. Select on the mouse icon in the Add device window. Select the Next button
in the Add device window. Wait for the software to complete synchronization process.
Incompatible sensor.
Use sensor with product code number 9770131.
Incorrect PICC stylet is selected.
Select . Select General. Ensure that under PICC compatibility the
"ECG Stylet" is highlighted.
