Programmable Inputs - Remote RTD
RTD Type Selection
This settings example uses nine RTDs that are all 100 Ω, platinum. Open the Programmable Inputs,
Remote RTD, RTD Type Selection screen shown in Figure 84-8. Select 100-Ω platinum construction for
RTD#1 through RTD#9. Select Disabled for RTD#10 through RTD#12.

RTD Block Configuration
For this example, the RTDs are configured into three configuration blocks. Six of the RTDs are used for
stator thermal measurements, two are used for bearing measurements, and one is used for ambient
temperature.
Navigate to Programmable Inputs, Remote RTD, RTD Block Configuration and set RTD Configuration
Blocks 1-3 as shown in Figure 84-9.
