Fuel circuit
b Bleed the water separator lter and the tank low point. Fill
the tanks to avoid condensation in the empty section of the
tank (condensation produces water which accumulates in the
lower section of the tank).
b Fuel cartridges will be replaced when the engine is brought
back into service and after bleeding the tanks and water
separator lter.
Dry air lter
b Remove the lter, wrap it in greased paper and store it.
b Block the turbocharger air inlet using a plastic plug in which
you will have drilled a 10mm hole so that the air does not
condense in the turbocharger.
Exhaust
b Remove the exhaust pipe and block the tube on the engine
side using a plastic plug in which you will have drilled a
10mm hole. Do not reconnect the exhaust.
Slacken the belts, lubricate the pulley grooves with a
suitable product, disconnect the battery terminals, make
paint touch-ups.
Check
b Visually check the condition of the exible suspension (torn,
blistered or deformed neoprene etc.)
The engine can be covered with a specic corrosion-
inhibiting product.
