Engine stopped
Engine running at idle speed
The initial engine commissioning process should be handled
by S. I. Moteurs Baudouin approved personnel. The
successful completion of this process, along with the checks
and adjustments required by S. I. Moteurs Baudouin, will
ensure that the engine runs effi ciently and reliably. Please
refer to the “Warranty Policy" for details.

Failure to comply with the installation and operating
instructions defi ned by S. I. Moteurs Baudouin will
void the warranty (see DT 21.G01).
b Clean the outside of the engine
b Check the fuel level.
b Fill the various circuits according to the instructions from
S. I. Moteurs Baudouin.
Oil
Fill the engine oil through the fi ller neck located on the
starboard side, inspection trap no. 3 (oil type verifi cation, see
DT 04.G01).

Check the oil level
Engine oil fi ller cap
Never use the engine when the oil level is:
b BELOW the lowest mark on the dipstick or
b ABOVE the highest mark on the dipstick.
Check the oil level when the engine is idling or stopped
(see. Checking the oil level).
