7.2 Function and setup of a single line lubrication system
The central lubrication pump GIGAPLUS without control unit can be used for the supply of single line lubrication systems.
When using it as a only 1 lubrication cycle can be connected.single line lubrication pump
A mainly consists of a , the and asingle line lubrication system central lubrication pump single line distributors
pressure switch. The single line distributors are connected in row at the pump outlet. The pump supplies lubricant into
the main line and the single line distributors until the pressure switch (integrated in the pump or installed external at the
pump) reaches the set switching pressure. This one sends a signal to the external control unit that opens the magnetic
valve and switches off the pump in order to relieve the main line. Then the rearrange and presssingle line distributors
lubricant towards the .lube points
The central lubrication pump has an installed pressure limiting valve (version piston valve) or an external pressure
limiting valve (version ball valve) exceed 35 barinstalled at the pump element. In case the system pressure the
pressure limiting valve opens and lubricant is supplied back into the reservoir (integrated pressure limiting valve
(version piston valve)) or lubricant is pressed out (pressure limiting valve (version ball valve) installed at pump element).
This function can be used for a relubrication time.
