7.3 Function and setup of a single line lubrication system
The central lubrication pump GIGAPLUS without control unit can be used for the supply of a dual line lubrication system.
When using it as a only 1 lubrication cycle can be connected.dual line lubrication pump

single line distributors are connected in row by means of two main lines at the pump. Each main line has an own pump
element. The pump supplies lubricant into main line 1 via (standard) into the dual line distributor until the setoutlet 1
pressure is available at . This sends a signal to the control unit that switches over thepressure switch 1 magnetic valve
1 main line 1 outlet 3in order to relieve . After this the dual line distributor switches over. The control unit switches to
(standard) and the procedure is repeated with . The dual line distributors supply lubricant to the lube pointsmain line 2
with each procedure.
If the system pressure , is released by theexceeds 280 bar lubricant installed pressure limiting valve (version ball
valve) of the pump element.
