Part 4: Protection for safety; Chapter 41: Protection against electric
shock;
IEC 61557-9:1999:
Electrical safety in low voltage distribution systems up to AC 1 kV and
DC 1.5 kV - Equipment for testing, measuring or monitoring of protec-
tive measures- Part 9: Equipment for insulation fault location in IT sys-
tems

you with information about the standards that apply to that particular
device.
