Line Setup
A couple of items must be measured prior to running this mode. The Product Length, Sensor 1 to Print Slot distance,
and the Delay Distance.
Sensor 1 to Sensor 2 Distance
Note that the product MUST pass PE2 first,
then PE1 for the speed measurement to be
accurately taken.
Sensor 1 to Sensor 2 Distance: 2”
Product Delay Distance
A 3.25” product is moving on a conveyor
where it will pass a Print Sensor, then pass in
front of the Printhead. A delay of 1” is
desired.
