What to do if my BestCode NExT 82 shows a Gutter Fault?

  If your BestCode printer displays a Gutter Fault, several issues could be the cause. First, if fluid isn't detected in the gutter, perform Backflush Nozzle then start jet, repeating up to seven times. Also, ensure the jet is entering the gutter and that the printhead is clean. A clogged gutter line could also be the problem; inspect the valve, gutter detect, venturi, and printhead gutter for any clogs or obstructions, cleaning each component and replacing them if necessary. A bad jet alignment can also cause this problem, so perform a nozzle alignment. Finally, if ink isn't jetting from the nozzle, check the nozzle, drop generator, 3-way valve, 3-way valve manifold, dampener, and main ink valve for clogs or obstructions, cleaning each component and replacing if needed.
