the short-cut key:
With the handset in standby mode, press and hold the
5 button for 2 seconds to start playing messages.
Memo
Recording
You can record a memo message that can be replayed
later. This can be useful if you want to leave a message
for other users of the phone. A memo will be played back
with other messages from callers.
To record a

! Display shows Main Menu > Answ. Machine

! Display shows Answ. Machine > Record Memo
