      If you cannot make or answer calls on your Binatone Cordless Telephone, first, if the handset display is blank, press the HANG UP button to switch it back on. Ensure the base unit’s mains power adapter is plugged in and the power is switched on. Verify you are using the telephone line cable supplied with your iDECT V2i. Move the handset closer to the base unit if it's out of range. If the battery level is low, recharge the batteries. Finally, try switching off the power at the mains socket, wait a few seconds, and then switch it back on.

      If you key in a number on your Binatone Cordless Telephone, it appears on the display, but you can’t make an outside call, make sure the batteries are correctly fitted in your handset and are recharged if the 'battery charge level' symbol on the display shows ‘low’. Try moving the handset closer to the base unit and positioning the base unit higher or further from other electrical equipment. If you have more than one registered handset, ensure another handset isn’t already using the line.
