5.5 Product holder
VS12, VS12F, VS12W
When placing the product on the carriage,
the product holder can be lifted up to its un-
stable equilibrium.
For slicing purposes, the product holder is
set on top or behind the product.

Pull product holder towards the operator to
insert product. The locking device is loose,
the product holder can be lifted up and re-
mains in this position.
For slicing purposes, the product holder is
set on top or behind the product. The spikes
are slightly pushed in, the product is clam-
ped.
