lights, the electrical machine, or
the ABS. This can result in dan-
gerous situations.
Do not continue your journey.
The 12V battery is not charging.
Possible cause:
There is a fault in the DC/DC
transformer.
Consult an authorised
BMW Motorrad dealer.
On-board system voltage
low
appears on the display.
Possible cause:
Too many consumers switched
on.
Charge the 12V battery
( 100).
If the 12V battery no longer
charges fully:
Consult an authorised
BMW Motorrad dealer.
On-board system voltage
critical
lights up yellow.
appears on the display.
The 12V battery no longer has
enough capacity to supply all the
consumers.
Possible cause:
Too many consumers switched
on.
Charge the 12V battery
( 100).
If the 12V battery no longer
charges fully:
Consult an authorised
BMW Motorrad dealer.
Service overdue
shows yellow briefly after
the Pre-Ride-Check.
appears on the display.
Possible cause:
A necessary service has not
been carried out.
Have the service carried out as
soon as possible by an author-
