the high-voltage battery unit,
as otherwise there is a risk of
caustic burns to the skin.
If you and your vehicle are in-
volved in an accident, the fol-
lowing additional safety precau-
tions apply in relation to the high-
voltage system:
Secure the scene of the acci-
dent.
Immediately notify rescue
workers, police or fire service
that they are dealing with
a vehicle with high-voltage
system.
Switch off operational readi-
ness.
Do not inhale gases escaping
from the vehicle; if necessary,
remain a safe distance from the
vehicle.
Charging cable
Use only approved charging
cables.
Use only approved charging
cables or charging stations for
charging, as otherwise there is
a risk of damage to property or
injury, for example by a cable fire.
Service will be happy to provide
information about approved
cables on request.
Make sure that the char-
ging cable is used correctly.
Use the charging cable only to
charge the E-Scooter and do not
attempt to extend the charging
cable with other cables or ad-
apters, as otherwise the char-
ging process will not take place
and there is a possibility of dam-
age to property, for example by a
cable fire.
Danger of injury from dam-
aged charging cables.
Do not use damaged charging
cables, as otherwise there is a
danger of injury by high voltage.
Immediately remove a damaged
charging cable (housing or cable)
from service.
Always fit the protective
cap to the on-vehicle con-
nector to keep out moisture and
dirt.
Use a standard charging cable,
Mode3 charging cable or per-
manently installed cable of a
charging station to charge the
vehicle's high-voltage battery
unit. The charging cable can be
stowed in the rear stowage com-
partment.
Standard charging cable
You can use the standard char-
ging cable to charge by connect-
ing to a household socket with
protective earth. Connected to a
household socket as power sup-
