Danger on account of mis-
takes when using electricity.
When using electricity, always
comply with the safety regula-
tions, as otherwise high voltage
can lead to a risk of injury or
damage to property, for example
by electric shock or fire.
Have the charging equip-
ment checked prior to initial
use.
Before charging for the first time,
have your own charging sys-
tem at the charging location, i.e.
the charging socket on the E-
Scooter, the charging cable, the
charging station or household
socket and connected circuits,
checked by a qualified electri-
cian as otherwise there is a risk
of damage to the E-Scooter and
overloading of the wiring system
at the charging location.
Comply with the instruc-
tions posted at the charging
station.
When using an electrical outlet
always comply with the instruc-
tions posted at the charging sta-
tion, as otherwise there is a risk
of accident.
Check that the charging
equipment is in perfect
condition.
Use only charging equipment
that is in perfect condition, as
otherwise worn contacts or dam-
age, for example, can result in
a risk of fire, for example due to
overheating of the equipment.
Have the charging socket
cleaned by trained person-
nel.
If the charging socket is dirty
have it cleaned only by appro-
priately trained personnel, as oth-
erwise there is a danger of injury
by high voltage.
Repair
Opening the charging-cable
components causes irre-
parable damage and voids the
warranty. Only the manufacturer
can undertake repair work on the
charging cable or replace com-
ponents (plug, connector or In-
cable Modul).
What to do after an accident
Risk of electric shock in
accident situations.
After an accident, do not touch
high-voltage components, for ex-
ample the orange-coloured high-
voltage cables, or parts in con-
tact with exposed high-voltage
cables. Otherwise there is a risk
of life-threatening injury by elec-
tric shock on account of the high
voltage in the system.
Caustic burns due to leak-
ing fluid.
Do not touch fluid leaking from
