TCA self-diagnosis not

Self-diagnosis did not complete,
so the TCA function is not avail-
able. The E-Scooter must be rid-
den at a speed of at least 5 km/h
in order for TCA self-diagnosis to
complete.
Pull away slowly. Bear in mind
that the TCA function is not
available until self-diagnosis has
completed.

vehicle, but make due provi-
sion for the fact that the ABS
