8. TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Probable cause Solution
The watch does not turn on
The battery of the watch is discharged
Connect the watch using the dedi-
cated USB cable.
The watch is at the end of its life
The date of manufacture is written
on the label. It is guaranteed to
work properly for 500 recharge
cycles.
The watch may require maintenance

The activator LED does not
light up.

Make sure that the connections
