If engines have flamed out or stalled, or EGT rapidly
approaches or exceeds limit:
Accomplish the LOSS OF THRUST ON BOTH ENGINES
checklist.
Note: Engines are very slow to accelerate to idle at high
altitudes, which may be interpreted as a hung start or
an engine malfunction.
Plan to land at the nearest suitable airport.
