6.2. Configuring the Ethernet Interface
To configure the AMC-4W in a TCP/IP network environment use the Windows
tool AmcIpConfig provided in the tools directory on the provided CD-ROM.
The installation and usage of the software application to configure the
AMC-4W via Ethernet interface is described in an additional
document:
AmcIpConfig – Configuration Software for the AMC-4W
6.3. Resetting the AMC-4W
When a problem occurs, first, try to fix the problem directly. If this does not
solve the problem, resetting the AMC-4W may help:
1. Insert the provided screwdriver into the hole as shown in figure 31
2. Push the reset button for at least three seconds.
3. The AMC-4W will be reset and reboots. You are back in the download
program.
4. Now it is possible to reconfigure the AMC-4W from the beginning.
5. If the problem still arises, please, call your local service.
