Diagnostic Reports
Selecting Yes enables sending a report when the
event occurs. If the off-normal state of any events
indicated by footnote 1 in Table 10 still exists, the
events report when a Test Report is enabled and
Expanded Test Report is programmed Yes. Refer to
the Test Reports sub-prompt in Section 2.3.8
