1. Unlockable modes: altitude hold mode/position hold mode;
2. Lockable mode: Any ight mode can be locked;
3. Unlocking method: Maximum pitch, minimum throttle, full right stick for heading, full left stick for
roll, the status indicator light ashes to solid light, indicating that it is unlocked;
4. Unlocking requirements: Altitude hold mode/position hold mode self-test passed and positioning
status is good, that is, unlocked when the green light is ashing;
5. Locking method: Maximum pitch, minimum throttle, full left stick for heading, full right stick for
roll, lock immediately, the indicator light starts ashing, indicating successful locking. You can also
directly pull the throttle to the lowest position and lock it for about 3 seconds. However, it should be
noted that this locking method may not be applicable when the ground is on a slope.

Channel settings
The PALADIN ight control system supports S.BUS receivers. For common remote controllers currently on
the market, you can directly set the channel according to the table below (taking Japanese hands as an
example). For S.BUS remote controllers without out-of-control ags, you need to set the throttle channel.
The runaway protection value must be lower than 975 to trigger the runaway protection, and other
channels can be set to the neutral position.

1. Return to home: Return to home is one of the important protection methods for safe flight. The
return to home process is: after the aircraft climbs 2 meters at the current position (the default can be
modied), it ies level to a safe point and hovers to wait for operation; the return to home speed can
be adjusted at the ground station. The range is 1-10m/s;
2. Remote control out-of-control protection: Although the flight control function is becoming
increasingly intelligent and perfect, from a safety perspective, the current operation of the remote
control is still irreplaceable for UAV plant protection operations. In order to ensure the safety of UAV
flight while taking into account the actual needs of autonomous spraying in large areas, PALADIN
has designed a relatively complete remote control safety protection strategy. The fail-safe protection
action can be set through the ground station software. It should be pointed out that the multi-option
setting of the remote control's fail-safe protection is only for the "fully autonomous mode". Both the
manual mode and the AB point mode are the fail-safe protection enabled by default and cannot be
turned o;
3. Low voltage/battery protection: PALADIN provides a voltage protection function based on a
correctable voltage value, that is, the user can correct the voltage value measured by the flight
