6. Place the hand throttle lever to the
Minimum position.
7. Tu r n t h e m a i n s w i t c h to th e
"START" position. When the en-
gine is started, take your hand off
the key.

5. Put the main shift lever in the neu-
tral position.

IMPORTANT
Do not operate the start mo-
tor more than 20 seconds at a
time. If the start motor won't
start, wait until the motor is
cooled down at least for 2 min-
utes and then try again.
