Setting Fax to Server to On
You can store the prefix/suffix address for the fax server in the machine.
1 Press Menu, 6, 6.
2 Press ▲ or ▼ to select On and then press OK.
3 Press ▲ or ▼ to select Prefix and then press OK.
4 Enter the prefix using dial pad.
5 Press OK.
6 Press ▲ or ▼ to select Suffix and then press OK.
7 Enter the suffix using dial pad.
8 Press OK.
9 Press Stop/Exit.
Note
You can enter the prefix and suffix address using up to a total of 40 characters.
How to Operate
1 Place the document in the ADF or on the scanner glass.
2 Enter the fax number.
3 The machine will send the message over a TCP/IP network to the fax server.
