Ensure for a safe working environment
during the deinstallation.
If the CPM is hot, wait until it has cooled
down.
Make sure, that no sources of danger can occur during the
deinstallation (e.g. crushing due to the vehicle rolling away). Do not
wear any jewelry during the deinstallation.
Danger of injury with hot CPM.

Interrupt the CPM Interlock.

Follow the instructions for the removal of
the CPM for the intended vehicle of the
respective vehicle manufacturer.

Dispose of the CPM, taking into
consideration the regulations for the
disposal of electrical devices in chapter
10.1.
