If you have subscribed to your
network’s Caller Display service, your
BT Synergy does not ring until the
caller information has been received
and displayed.
However, if you want your handset
to ring without waiting for the caller
information to be displayed, set First
Ring to On. Please note that this will
mean the rst ring you hear will be
the default ringtone. This will change
to any ringtone you have set once the
caller information is displayed.
The default setting is ON.
