VFO Scan
Scan Type
-- TO (Time Operation) Scan stops when signal detected.
Scan resumes after 5 seconds (even if channel still active).
-- CO (Carrier Operation) Scan stops when signal detected.
Scan resumes when signal disappears.
-- SE (Search Operation) Scan stops when signal detected.
Scanning will not resume.
