Boiler Type
The Boiler Type parameter changes the parameters listed in Table 30. Factory level password is required. This
parameter is intended to allow a user to set the parameters in a spare part Sage2.1 to a particular boiler type.
Table 31 shows the spare part numbers for the different boiler types.

Central Heat Maximum Modulation
This parameter denes the highest modulation rate the Sage2.1 control will go to during a central heat call for
heat. If the rated input of the installed home radiation is less than the maximum output of the boiler, change the
Central Heat Maximum Modulation (fan speed) setting to limit the boiler output accordingly.

Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Max Modulation
This parameter denes the highest modulation rate the Sage2.1 control will go to during a central heat Domestic
Hot Water call for heat. If the rated input of the indirect water heater is less than the maximum output of the
boiler, change the DHW Maximum Modulation (fan speed) setting to limit the boiler output accordingly.
