1. Press Menu –> Features -> Function Keys.
2. Select desired Line Key or Memory Key.
3. Press or , or the Switch soft key to select Intercom from the Type field.
4. Enter the intercom code + target extension number in the Value field, for example, intercom code
is *5, the extension we want to intercom is 303, so we can enter *5303.
5. Select the desired line from the Account ID field.
6. Press Save soft key.
To configure an intercom key via web user interface:
1. Login the web GUI of IP phone.
2. Click on Function Keys.
3. Select desired Line Key or Memory Key.
4. Select Intercom in the Type field.
5. Enter the intercom code + target extension number in the Value field, for example, intercom code
is *5, the extension we want to intercom is 303, so we can enter *5303.
6. Select the desired line in Account field.
