Rinsing
1.Closethedrainvalveoncetheradiatoriscompletely
empty.Closetheplugontheengineblock.
2.Fillthesystemwithcleanwater.Installtheradiator
cap.
3.Starttheengine.Runtheengineataspeedslightly
higherthanidlespeedfortenminutestobringtheen-
ginetemperatureuptoabout80°C(176.0°F).
4.Stoptheengineandremovetheignitionkey.
5.Drainthesystemoncemore.
6.RepeatSteps1to5untilthewaterdrainedisclear.
Filling
1.Fillwithcoolantsolutionviatheradiatoruntiloverow-
ingandinstalltheradiatorcap.

2.Filltheexpansionreservoirtothe“Full”markand
installthecap.
ATTENTION:Usethecorrectcoolantsolution.
3.Runtheengineatidlespeedforaboutveminutes.
Addcoolantsolutionifthelevelintheexpansionreser-
voirdrops.
ATTENTION:Donotlltheexpansionreservoirabove
the“Full”mark.
