4.2.2 – Cleaning of the conveyor belt (only THS/FB21)
Use only products compatible with Stainless Steel (AISI 316), PETG and
silicon.
Unlock the belt by raising
the free roller support
Extract the free roller from
the side supports
Pull the free roller out of the belt
Raise the support plan from its
position and pull it out of the belt
If the THS/FB21 is fitted with
an ejection system, unlock
the bin turning its knob
Remove the transparent cover
Pull the other roller out
of the side supports
Remove the roller from the belt Raise the support plan
from its position
Pull the plan out of the belt, that
now is free and ready to be cleaned
Perform the cleaning of the belt on a clean table, free from
any metallic fragment that could contaminate it.
Follow this procedure at the contrary to re-assemble the belt.
