Operation
This method can only be used in case of emergency, because it is easy to
cause the fuse of the charging circuit to burn out. When the battery is power
off, it should be removed for charging under normal circumstances.
When disassembling the power cord, prevent short circuit of the power
supply.
If the starting of auxiliary power supply does not comply with the above
specifications, it may cause damage to vehicle electronic components.
Under all circumstances, it is absolutely not allowed to use a battery with
36 V or higher voltage for starting. A battery with 36 V or higher voltage will
directly cause damage to the vehicle's electronic components. The driver and
service and maintenance personnel must comply with it.
Inspection During Driving
Check the braking effect and the working condition of the steering mechanism.
Drive at a safe place at a speed of about 12 mph (20 km/h).
Check whether the motor has abnormal sound during driving. In case of any
abnormal sound, stop the vehicle immediately to check, find out the cause and
eliminate it in time.
Check the working condition of the shock absorber. If the vehicle has abnormal
continuous vibration during driving, stop the vehicle to check whether the shock
absorber leaks oil. After the vehicle has driven for a distance on a bad road (no less
than 6 miles (10 km)), stop the vehicle and touch the shock absorber with your hand
to see if it is hot. If it is not hot, it indicates that it has no shock absorption effect,
and replace it with a new one in time.
The working temperature of the shock absorber can reach more than 158
(70 ). Be careful when checking.
Precautions for Driving
· During vehicle driving:
» When the vehicle starts to accelerate, the throttle is controlled at a small speed,
the motor speed is usually maintained between 1000~2000 rpm, and the
vehicle coasts down and into the station to avoid emergency braking.
