14 Inspection and
fastening
High-voltage lines shall be
neatly arranged and firmly fixed
without interference with
moving parts. The distance from
heating parts shall be more
than 8 in. (20 cm), and there
shall be no temporary wires;
The insulation layer of the
connecting wire of each
component is free of aging and
damage, and the bushing is
intact;
The copper joint of the
connecting wire shall be free
from desoldering, loosening,
cracking and overheating.
Drive motor 15 Cleaning and
inspection
The motor has stable
performance and works normally
without abnormal sound and
looseness;
The connecting wire of high and
low voltage harness shall be firm
without looseness;
the cooling water circuit of the
motor shall be free of water
leakage, and the pipeline
fasteners shall be free of
looseness;
The motor cooling water pump
and fan work normally without
abnormal noise;
The wiring harness around the
motor is arranged neatly and
fixed firmly.
