17 Check the
insulation
(disconnect the
gas quickly)
and measure
the value with a
1000V megger
(Omega)
Insulation resistance of power
battery system is ≥ 20MΩ;
Single box power battery, DC+,
DC -, PE to box and between:
DC1000 V, ≥ 50 M Ω; 7-pin
connectors (S+, S -, CC1, CC2,
CC3, A+, A -) are DC500V to the
box, DC+, DC - and each other,
50 MΩ. In rainy days and rainy
seasons, insulation resistance
is ≥ 20 MΩ.
