Lighting Adjustment Method
• Headlamp adjustment switch
» The headlamp adjustment switch
is divided into four gears, and the
0 gear position is in the ex-factory
state. When the knob is turned to
the gear 1 position, the beam will
be increased by 0.4 illumination;
when the knob is turned to the
gear 2 position, the beam will
be increased by 0.8 illumination;
when the knob is turned to the
gear - 1 position, the beam will be
lowered by 0.4 illumination; when
the knob is turned to the gear - 2
position, the beam will be lowered
by 0.8 illumination.
• Left and right dimmer mechanism
① :
» Rotate clockwise to adjust to the
left and counterclockwise to adjust
to the right.
• Up and down dimmer mechanism
② :
» Rotate clockwise to adjust to
the upper position and counter-
clockwise to adjust to the lower
position.
• Preparations for adjusting the irradiation position of high/low beam
1）The lighting adjustment site shall be flat and the screen used shall be vertical
to the site.
2）When the vehicle is empty and a driver is taken, the tire pressure shall be
normal.
3）The vehicle is perpendicular to the screen so that the headlamp reference
center is 33 ft (10 m) from the screen.
4）Draw a horizontal reference line on the screen. The height of the reference
line is the same as the height of the headlamp center from the ground,
