and the height is marked as H. Mark the left and right headlamp reference
center position lines on the horizontal reference line according to the vehicle
headlamp position.
· Adjustment of irradiation position of low beam
» The low beam shines on the screen, requiring:
First block the front combination lamp on the right to prevent the light from
leaking out, adjust the up and down dimmer mechanism, so that the height
of the corner or midpoint of the cut-off line of the low beam in the high/
low beam of the left lamp is 0.6H~0.8H; adjust the left and right dimmer
mechanism so that the horizontal deviation of the low beam in the high/low
beam shall be within 6.5 in. (170 mm) to the left and 13.5 in. (350 mm) to the
right.
After adjusting the left low beam, block the left front combination lamp to
prevent light leaking out, adjust the right low beam in the high/low beam so
that the height of the corner or midpoint of the cut-off line of the low beam of
the right lamp is 0.6H~0.8H, and the horizontal deviation of the low beam shall
be within 6.5 in. (170 mm) to the left and 13.5 in. (350 mm) to the right.
· Adjustment of irradiation position of high beam
» The high beam shines on the screen, requiring:
First block the front combination lamp on the right to prevent the light from
leaking out, adjust the up and down dimmer mechanism, so that the height of
the high beam in the high/low beam of the left lamp is 0.8H~0.95H; adjust the
left and right dimmer mechanism so that the horizontal deviation of the high
beam shall be within 6.5 in. (170 mm) to the left and 13.5 in. (350 mm) to the
right. The adjustment method for the single high beam of the left lamp is the
same as that of the high/low beam.
After adjusting the left high beam, block the left front combination lamp to
prevent light leaking out, adjust the high beam in the right high/low beam so
that the height of the high beam in the right high/low beam is 0.8H~0.95H,
and the horizontal deviation of the high beam should be within 13.5 in.
(350 mm) to the left and 13.5 in. (350 mm) to the right. The adjustment method
for the single high beam of right lamp is the same as above.
