conditioners directly driven by high voltage, and their cooling capacity can be
automatically adjusted according to demand.
Electric Vehicle High Voltage System Connection
The electrical systems are divided into high voltage system and low voltage system.
The high-voltage system completes the drive control of the whole vehicle and
the drive control of auxiliary power equipment. The power supply of low-voltage
system consists of DC voltage converter (DC/DC) and 24V lead-acid battery in the
motor controller. The DC voltage converter (DC/DC) and 24 V lead-acid battery are
connected in parallel through a fuse on the electrical connection. The DC/DC input
is taken from the high voltage. When the ignition lock reaches the ON position, DC/
DC starts to work.
The high-voltage system charges the low-voltage auxiliary power battery through
DC/DC to provide the working power for the low-voltage electrical equipment of
the whole vehicle. The low-voltage power supply controls the operation of high-
voltage electrical equipment at the same time.
Introduction to Main Spare Parts of the Electric Vehicle
• Electric air pump
» The electric air pump (air compressor) is located at the rear of the cab and the
middle of the frame. It is a motor-driven compressor that can compress air
volume.
» In order to ensure the safe operation of the air compressor, the safety
performance inspection of the air compressor should include the following
contents: noise, vibration, automatic control device of exhaust pressure,
pressure instrument, safety valve, electrical protection device, warning sign,
etc., but it should be noted that some inspections must be carried out by
institutions and personnel with such qualifications.
» In any case, the maintenance of the air compressor should be carried out
under the shutdown state. During maintenance, set up a signboard on the
starting device that reads "Warning: under maintenance, do not start", and
take effective measures to cut off the power supply of the air compressor to
avoid starting the air compressor due to accident and negligence. In order to
avoid fire, it is not allowed to clean the filter and body of the air compressor
with gasoline or kerosene, and it is not allowed to clean the pipeline pollution
by burning.

» The rotating oil pump is installed in the front compartment of the vehicle.
