• Please use it in the specified range of VCU (- 4~194 ℉ (- 20~90 ℃ )).
• Although the device is fully sealed and waterproof, it cannot flush the
controller with water.
• Do not disassemble by yourself. If there is any problem, do not repair by
yourself. Please contact the manufacturer.
• The dust and dirt outside the controller shall be removed regularly according
to the use environment.
• Do not test the controller circuit with a megger.
Battery Management System Main Control Module (BMS Main Control
Module)
The power battery management system (BMS) detects the total voltage, total
current, monomer voltage, battery temperature, ambient temperature, state
of charge (SOC, commonly known as residual power) and other parameters of
the battery system, and provides appropriate purchase restriction strategy and
charging and discharging prohibition measures to prevent overcharging and
discharging of the battery and prolong the service life of the battery system.
• When removing the battery management system sub-module and replacing
the defective battery in the package, all the external connectors of the
battery management system sub-module should be unplugged, and then
the voltage acquisition line on the single battery should be removed (each
removed cable should be insulated and bound). Avoid damaging the battery
management system submodule by touching other battery poles when
disassembling.
Power Battery
The whole vehicle power battery system is composed of two separate battery boxes
in series. The battery box is composed of power battery box, lithium iron phosphate
power battery pack, battery management system (BMS), battery distribution
cabinet, etc.
