Motor controller assembly
» The controller is a five-in-one controller. It is installed in the front compartment
of the vehicle. In addition to the main drive motor controller of the whole
vehicle, the function also includes high-voltage distribution box, air pump DC/
AC, oil pump DC/AC, DC/DC, and insulation detection.
» Motor controller functions: undervoltage, overvoltage protection and alarm,
undervoltage and power reduction control function, overcurrent and short
circuit protection function, overheat protection function, automatic recovery
of electrical protection of the controller, braking priority when braking and
acceleration are stepped down at the same time, locking back signal during
vehicle driving to prevent misoperation.
The motor controller is a high-voltage device.
Do not open the controller housing.
Do not disassemble the high-voltage wiring port.
Do not enter the high intensity magnetic field area.
Keep away from ignition sources.
Do not let the motor controller get wet.
Ask professional personnel to carry out high-voltage maintenance.
Because there is a large capacity capacitor inside the controller,
maintenance, repair and wiring modification should be carried out after 5
minutes after power failure, during which time there is still high voltage in
the device, otherwise electric shock or damage to the device components
may occur.
Vehicle Control Unit (VCU)
VCU is the core control component of the whole vehicle. It collects the accelerator
pedal signal, brake pedal signal and other component signals, and after making
corresponding judgments, controls the actions of the controller of each component
at the lower level to drive the vehicle to run normally.
