Clean the filter screen of the air conditioner every two weeks to ensure the
refrigeration performance of the air conditioner.
» For the sake of safety, the following operations must be carried out during
vehicle repair, maintenance and service before operation:
Turn off the key switch, remove the key and keep it with the operator.
Cut off the 24 V power main switch (red handle knob).
» If only low voltage electrical appliances are to be repaired and it is not
necessary to drive, the gear switch should be set to the neutral position, and
then it can be carried out according to the general fuel truck method; if only
mechanical equipment is to be repaired, the key switch and low-voltage main
switch shall be turned off.
» All orange wires of the vehicle are high-voltage harnesses. Non-professional
personnel cannot cut or open high-voltage lines and high-voltage
components.
» During general maintenance work, the insulation layer of high-voltage wire
harness shall be strictly prevented from damage and leakage.
» Please contact the manufacturer or a professional high-voltage electrician
to disconnect the manual quick-breaker in the cabin when the high-voltage
components need to be removed for maintenance.
» When cleaning the vehicle, please avoid high-voltage components. It is strictly
forbidden to wash high-voltage components directly with water.
» Before any welding operation, please disconnect the 24V power supply and
quick-disconnector, and unplug the low-voltage connecting harness of CAN
bus module, VCU, motor controller, etc., otherwise the electronic control
module may be damaged.
• Storage and maintenance cycle requirements
» Battery electric vehicle shall be stored and managed in a centralized manner.
The storage location shall be far away from the petrol station, gas station,
heat source, fire source, corrosive gas and damp place. At the same time, the
impact and extrusion by sharp objects shall be avoided.
» Battery electric vehicles are stored at a SOC of 50% - 80%.
» Vehicles sold at the market must be fully charged (including equalization) once
before operation. The charging time is required to be more than 12 hours. The
vehicle can be put into normal use only after confirming that the number of the
vehicle that has been maintained has been signed and registered to ensure
that the battery voltage is balanced.
