» Daily patrol: start the key once every two weeks, check the instrument reading,
check the SOC value of battery power, and if the SOC is lower than 40%,
immediately arrange to leave the warehouse for charging. The charging
amount is calculated according to the transfer power consumption, so as
to ensure that the SOC of the whole vehicle is between 50% and 80% when
entering the warehouse for shutdown.
» Taking the latest full charge record as the starting point, the battery electric
vehicle shall be fully charged (including equalization) and discharged
once a month. (Ex-warehouse - charging 100% - charging pile continues
to provide 24 V power supply after full charge, high voltage output is cut
off, and equalization is completed - discharge to 60%~80%+transfer power
consumption n - warehousing status 50%~80%).
» During vehicle charging and maintenance, special personnel shall be assigned
to monitor and take care of the vehicle. In case of abnormal problems,
professional personnel shall be notified in time for handling.
» Vehicles that are expected to be stored for more than two weeks should be
disconnected from the vehicle quick-disconnector and properly kept by a
specially-assigned person.
» It is forbidden to charge the electric vehicle in the open air in thunder and rain
weather.
· The steps of checking the power of the vehicle regularly every two weeks:
1）Ensure that low-voltage 24V handle switch, main ignition switch and key
switch are disconnected before all operations;
2）Plug in the vehicle quick-breaker;
3）Turn on the low-voltage 24 V handle switch, the main ignition switch, and the
key to ON in turn;
4）Observe whether the SOC display of the instrument power battery is normal,
and whether there is an alarm for low unit voltage or other alarm information.
If there is any problem with a SOC of 0, an alarm for low unit voltage or other
alarm, please record the vehicle inspection number at the first time, and then
notify the professional after-sales personnel, who will confirm the handling
method. If the SOC is less than or equal to 40%, power up operation shall be
carried out.

the DC charging plug gun, start the charging equipment, select the automatic
