pull out the charging gun, cover the charging socket with a plastic protective
cover, lock the port of the charging socket, turn on the key switch in turn, and
drive the vehicle back to the parking lot.
1）If the transfer distance between the parking lot and the charging station is
far, the transfer power consumption n shall be converted during charging,
and the charging amount shall be accumulated during charging. The transfer
power consumption n=the power consumption of the whole vehicle ×
transition distance;
2）Turn off the key switch, main ignition switch and low-voltage 24V handle
switch in turn;
3）Plug out the vehicle quick-breaker;
4）Take good care of the vehicle quick-breaker and lock the cabin door.
• Operating steps for the first full charge and full charge and discharge
maintenance of the vehicle every 1 month:
1）Ensure that low-voltage 24V handle switch, main ignition switch and key
switch are disconnected before all operations.
2）Plug in the vehicle quick-breaker.
3）Turn on the low-voltage 24 V handle switch, the main ignition switch, and the
key to ON in turn.
4）Observe whether the SOC display of the instrument power battery is normal,
and whether there is an alarm for low unit voltage or other alarm information.
If there is any problem with a SOC of 0, an alarm for low unit voltage or other
alarm, please record the vehicle inspection number at the first time, and then
notify the professional after-sales personnel, who will confirm the handling
method.
5）After observing that the instrument displays "STOP", turn the key to START, and
the instrument displays "Ready".
6）Drive until the vehicle instrument displays that the battery SOC is about
40% (the air conditioner is turned on during driving, and the driving speed
continues to be at the maximum allowable speed under driving conditions).
7）Full charge+equalizing operation: drive the vehicle to the charging station,
turn off the key switch, main ignition switch, low voltage 24V handle switch
in turn, plug in the DC charging plug gun, start the charging equipment,
select the automatic charging mode to charge, and charge to SOC100%. After
the battery system is fully charged, it will carry out a period of equalizing
maintenance action to determine and improve the battery consistency. During
