24V power supply for BMS. The first charging and maintenance time must
be kept at least 12 hours, and the responsible person shall sign and register
the vehicle information; the monthly normal maintenance time is 1 hour by
default. During the maintenance period, customers can terminate in advance
according to their needs, without affecting the normal use. After charging,
disconnect the switch of the charging device, pull out the charging gun, cover
the charging socket with a plastic protective cover, and lock the door of the
charging socket.
8）Turn on the low-voltage 24V handle switch, the main ignition switch, and the
key to the ON position, observe the status of the instrument display, and then
turn the key to the START position, and the instrument display changes from
"Ready".
9）Drive until the vehicle instrument displays that the battery SOC is about
50%~80% (the air conditioner is turned on during driving, and the driving
speed continues to be at the maximum allowable speed under driving
conditions).
10) Drive the vehicle back to the parking lot.
11) Turn off the key switch, main ignition switch and low-voltage 24V handle
switch in turn.
· Precautions for maintenance operation
» In order to maintain and maintain the system safely and effectively, the
maintenance personnel must pass the professional training before taking the
post, and irrelevant personnel are forbidden to open the battery box. When
performing maintenance, the staff must comply with relevant safety prevention
knowledge and use necessary tools and protective equipment.
1）Always keep in mind that there is high voltage in the system. Even if the
system is not running, when the maintenance switch of the system is
disconnected, use a multimeter to confirm that there is no voltage at the high
voltage terminal before proceeding with the next action.
2）When operating and maintaining electric vehicles, please do not wear gold
and silver jewelry, watches and other metal jewelry.
3）Please use insulating tools, wear the insulating gloves and shoes during
maintenance.
4）Please clean tools and materials in time after the maintenance operation,
and do not put metal objects inside or on the top of the equipment.
