Installation Instructions
Conveyor Belt Installation
1. Remove the key from the conveyor drive
sprocket.
2. Start at the unload end of the machine
and pull the conveyor belt around the end
sprockets until approximately 1.5 feet/76.2
cm of belt rests on the upper track of the
dishwasher.
3. Pull a section of belt to the next section along
the upper track into the unload end.
4. Join the belt sections together by feeding a
conveyor rod through the links, spacers, and
rollers. Install a cotter pin on each end of the
rod to secure the assembly.
5. Use an assembled rod section on the belt as
a guide for the placement of the spacers, etc.,
continue this procedure until the conveyor belt
is assembled in a complete loop.
Connect the conveyor belt sections with
a rod, spacers, and washers included
in the hardware kit.
Remove the key from the conveyor drive sprocket.
