REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Lateral Stabilizer Bar and Bushing
Removal
1） Hoist the vehicle, allowing front
suspension to hang free.
2） Remove stabilizer bar mount brackets
nuts, washer and pad.
3） Remove stabilizer bar installation
bushing bracket bolts.
4） Remove stabilizer bar and joint.
5） Remove stabilizer bar joint from stabilizer
bar.
Installation
For assembly, reverse disassembly
procedure, observing following instructions:
● When installing stalling, loosely assemble
all components while insuring that stabilizer is
centered.
● Tighten stabilizer bar mount bushing
bracket bolts to specified torque.
Tightening torque：
（a） 23±2.5N.m
（b） 50±5N.m
（c） 23±2.5N.m
Tension Rod and Bushing
Removal
1） Hoist the vehicle, allowing front
suspension to hang free.
2） Remove stabilizer bar（refer to the steps
of “Removal of stabilizer bar and bushing”）.
3） Remove tension rod front and rear nuts.
4） Remove tension rod.
5） Remove tension rod bracket.
Installation
For assembly, reverse disassembly
procedure, observing following instructions:
● According to the figure, install tension rod
bushing and rear washer correctly.
● Replace with new tension rod rear nuts.
● Tighten every bolt, nut to specified torque.
