Brake Drums and Brake Shoes
1) Check to ensure that parking brake lever is
not pulled up.
2) Loosen, but do not remove, rear wheel
nuts.
3) Then raise car off the floor by jacking and
rest it steady on safety stands. Remove wheel
nuts and take off rear wheels. Each wheel has four
nuts.
