GOOD/NO-GO Judgment Function
Judgment System
Window comparator.
A NO-GO judgment is made when a current
greater than the high limit value or smaller than
the low limit value is detected.
When a NO-GO judgment is made, the output
voltage is cut out and a NO-GO alarm signal is
delivered.
If no abnormal state is detected during the test
time a GOOD judgment is made and a GOOD
signal is delivered.
